About Doug
I bring 25 years of experience as a product leader, general manager, CEO, and executive within top technology companies (Google, Amazon, Coinbase, Allen Institute for AI), startups, and the U.S. Army.
I'm a certified Integral Coach and a graduate of the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Course. I'm drawn to coaching because I derive great satisfaction from helping others to achieve their potential as humans. As a coach, I hope to help others with the challenges encountered in developing a satisfying and meaningful life while also balancing career, family, relationships, and personal wellbeing.
In addition to my coaching training, I've practiced meditation for 15 years, trained in boxing for 13 years, and enjoy long distance trail running. More recently, I've become involved in Improv Theater at Unexpected Productions here in Seattle. I've also earned a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Harvard Business School. LinkedIn
